My Story
Hello! I’m Gina, a 31-year-old mother to a beautiful girl. Becoming a mother in 2023 was a transformative experience that reshaped my life. After the end of my relationship, I found myself on a journey of self-discovery.
During this period, cacao crossed my path, and it felt as though something greater than myself whispered, “This is your path to enlightenment.” I began attending cacao ceremonies, practicing yoga and meditation, and embraced journaling. Gradually, I found my way back to myself.
Growing up in a single parent household myself I early on learned to entertain myself. For as long as I remembered I was drawing, creating and dreaming of having my own clothing line. This journey led to the creation of The House of Unalome, a platform where healing, motherhood, and ceremonial clothing converge to build a beautiful community.
Today, I can say that without any fear I am on the path to enlightenment: giving back to others by doing what I love.
Unalome reminds us that the path to enlightenment isn’t always straight or perfect but is filled with life lessons and, at times, suffering. But, In the end, it is all worth it.
